Full days of gardening. Here you see our late start with our beans. We've planted yellow and green beans and hope that we're able to fill our shelves this year much like we've done in times past.
We have our garden in, for the most part. We plan to add a couple kinds of lettuces at the opposite end this week. With all of the high temperatures we have had, however, lettuce doesn't thrive well. We hope to have a few more annual herbs planted as well.
I snapped this picture of my oldest son while he was doing his daily Bible reading.
With allergies in full swing, my oldest does his Apologia Biology 2 complete with tissue box by his side.
Math-U-See with Biscuit. He loves to snuggle, just like JL. :0)
We have also studied organization and time management.
Gun safety class with Daddy.
...our days have been full...
After three weeks of school, we are now off for a week of VBS and doing more work around the house. I'm hoping to get some painting done. Our new mud room needs a coat of paint, as does the upstairs hallway. I'm hoping to get those done. We'll see what happens.
This is what we do during the times we're off. There are many projects to do, so we'll tackle them one by one. Then we'll get back to school....in a week or so.
